At Armezzani Jiu Jitsu Academy, we're a proud member of Team Passos and specialize in training people of all ages in BJJ with the mission of bringing world-class instruction to everyone in our community.

MMA

MMA has become more and more popular as time goes on. It goes hand in hand with BJJ instruction since No-Gi BJJ training is often a tool for professional MMA fighters in their practice. A little more fast and loose, MMA is a grappling sport that incorporates speed, grip, and proper reaction times to grow physically.

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing class is where you can come if you just want to sweat and burn! We combine all of the great hitting and kicking cardio without any of the physical contact. Measurements

We start our Weight Loss Consulting by taking account of where you start from. We'll take measurements, weigh in, and talk about what you've already done or have been actively doing. This is the only way to make improvements on your journey.

Diet Plan

Your food has a direct impact on your health. But there's no diet that fits everyone's needs. That's why we'll sit down and cultivate a diet plan for you that incorporates all of the history you share with us - restrictions, allergies, and preferences included.

Workout Plan
